Thumbs down illegals flourish as tulare county stamps out med pot

tulare county california: the supervisors are taking their usual uber-republican stance and zoning med-pot dispensiaries out of existence...previous ly they'd ensured that dispensaries could only operate in
unincorperated areas of the county, now they've limited us to co-ops with a maximum of 99 members, allowing SIX plants per co-op...the sherrifs are co-operating and promise to check all dispensaries regularly. for your info; the largest dispensary in the county has 1800 members and tulare county is in the countries top 3 counties for illegal grows...and this policy is designed to remedy the destruction of our national forests by armed gangsters?
i hate these anti-democratic bastards so BAD
