In Beirut, about 500 Palestinian and Lebanese activists protested in front of the U.N. headquarters, setting Israeli flags on fire. "The only solution with the usurping entity is resistance. This entity only understands the language of force," Hezbollah lawmaker Nawar al-Saheli told the crowd.

the israelis made some damn good "fake" youtube videos of the incident if u dont believe me- fake meaning real but not in line with your preconcieved agenda.... they have cameras from uavs and from their ships showing the warnings issued, the stockpiles of slingshots and iron pipes and ammunition and knives , and they show actual footage of palestinian crazies throwing grenades at the israelis who were trying to stop crazy ILLEGAL ships from entering their harbor after being warned away....


hmmm..... but because we abstractly feel bad for the palestinians lets ignore all that silly stuff called reality.... and whats more, lets allow the exact outcome the provocateurs hoped for , the organizers of this "aid convoy" couldnt have hoped for a better outcome . and they know it.

the lesson i hope people learn from this (the only people who need a lesson are the provacateurs) is that a strategy based on trying to kidnap more soldiers to ransom them for 4+ years and provoking responses by sailing full steam into blockaded waters...is not a good idea.

I agree with bondi actually, this was probably a horrible mistake. But it happened and making excuses like "The ship actually was carrying weapons" is almost as despicable as the actual act itself. This needs to be remembered, shit needs to happen over there in israel to change so that it doesnt happen again, and we can move on with our days.

As far as I understand the incident occurred in international waters, tell me one international law, reason or ground by which Israel should be able to storm a foreign passenger ship loaded with aid, other then because they can and because they don't give a flying fuck about any international law.

It's a clear act of piracy on high sea and once again the world can see that Israel is nothing else but a rough state which terrorises parts of it's own citizens and it's neighbours.

You're the only one on here who needs a lesson if you ask me.
