No surprise really, the most economically prosperous period in US history in my lifetime save maybe the Reagan era even though it was completely fraudulent. The man deserved every BJ he got.

I need to catch up on the Reagan era.. Typically I'm not fond of Democrats.. but I did like Truman.I always liked the WWII era so I got into that stuff too.. it seemed Democrats and Republicans back then stood by what the founding fathers did. Today, both parties are a joke. Too many bandwagoners and puppets..Either they lead by example like it should be, or step down from their over glorified soap boxes. I Watched a documentary about Truman. He was a total square growing up but always stood by his word and didn't beat around the bush (no pun intended) like the politicians of today do.
