I don't believe consumption will go up, it'll only seem that way when the closet smokers finally come out into the light.

Don't fall for the decriminalization measure that was recently enacted by the Governator as it's only a ploy to shrug off the undecided voters, they're not going to go for full blown legality if now, when you get busted it's only a ticket. Then all it takes is a judge to overturn the shit come Jan. 1 and Prop. 19 is history and back to the status quo.
