Our HR lady at work, has made a point of sending out her monthly newsletter from DrugFreeWorkplace. These folks tick me off! They tell you the history of how drug testing started (I was there), and pretty much try their damndest to encourage employers to random test!
My state already sucks as far as giving companies discounts on their workman's comp., if they drug test!!

I always ask if they allow anyone who smokes tobacco or drinks alcohol to work in the facility. What about prescriptions? They are very ignorant and biased-just the way the government wants them to be.
