"Repealing the Job-Killing Health Care Law Act"

Best name for a bill ever, or best thing to happen in washington ever?

Does this prove that the GOP are full of crazy?

Does this illustrate how polarized and ridiculous our government has become?

Does this maybe stir any thought about how craptacular our judicial system has become?

What is the real deal with this bill?

Do the conservatives think it has any chance of passing in the senate AND getting signed by obama?

I think it was Palin (or someone) that said they aren't the 'Party of NO', they are the 'Party of HELL NO'. And this bill reflects that.

Where some see equitable progress, they see a government takeover. Which is, of course, why all the Republicans supporting this bill have private, free-market health coverage, and nothing resembling government supported coverage...right?

Right...???

The Congressional Budget Office sez that if enacted, House Republicans' bill to repeal health care legislation would increase the deficit by roughly $230 billion through 2021.

Eat the Rich!

Can't have health care for workers or their families. Sick people can't work, meaning more job openings. Who in the hell is going to buy Pharmaceuticals to treat healthy people? If we give "these people" health care they won't ever get sick on their own. Its like stopping the Ganjawar just to punish the poor and down trodden prison guards union. What about the Christmas confiscations and forfeitures to give the Chief a retirement home? Sick bastards never think about anyone but the sick and poooooor. Ooooooo they don't cover pre existing conditions so the vet got shot in Iraq, why should the republicans have to pay for it? Its pre existing, he didn't get shot here.

The Ganjawar Fraud

If we don't have oxyrush crying about taxes how will Cheney's Haliburton pay off the cancer victims from their asbestos exposure no one told them about? Greedy motherfucking pregnent women wanting pre natal care. Same ones wanting a choice in what to do with their bodies saying its a fetus. Taxes are for the rich to trickle down jobs for the billion India dollar a day sweatshops. Not for the infrastructure the corporate trucks degrade and wear out. If god wanted the poor to get health care he wouldn't have given their money to the rich in the first place.

Hypocrisy & Double Standards

The teabog ditzo's aren't complaining about losing their jobs. They know from oxyrush its the poor and the teachers and not Cayman Island shelters. Them nurses and emergency room techs working for hospitals getting 10 times more money than someone with health care and a personal physician with your past medical history who may even know you as a real person. But preventing or curing are more socialists ways to take from oxyrush' portfolio. btw, ER's are mostly paid by taxes sista sara.

Constitutional GOPerversions & Their Pathetic Apologists

Prisons return more tax money than minimum wage jobs. Now these commies want us to stop the Ganjawar and have no reason to cage and extract money for probation and mandatory pisstastes and rehabilitation. None of that matters, as long as no one pisses on the Gun God these fruit cakes worship and find literacy over. They all know half of the second amendment and would easily remove the others. Pseudo Federalists. When its convenient for lynching Blacks and Mexicans states rights rule.

Authoritarians Wrecking Crew

When its trumped up Oil Security conflicts or the Ganjawar oxyrush loves the taxes spent and the American lives terrorized daily. Oh yes the foreign terrorists cost a couple trillion dollars so far and where did that money go should be the question. We still haven't looked for bin laden behind the couches like Birchers did for Nikita Khrushchev. Oh well what the teabog dipshits don't grasp is its ok for the government to spend money that goes into their cronies pockets. Its not ok to give it back to the tax payers in the form of health care or jobs.

Pro Life? Not even anti abortionists...

Why would they pay Joe the plumber $20 bucks an hour when they can rent a poor India peasant for pennies? Cannibalism is what they do. Divide and conquer. Like the DEAth Merchants selling the war on Ganja. They don't want to win, that would be as costly as losing. Perpetuate is where the money is. Incrementalism state by state temporary inconsistent oasis' are paying the same dividends as when it was Nancy's just say no campaign. Removing the bogus Controlled Substance Act including Hemp and RxGanja is the moral and ethical and smartest thing to do. But the appeasers want their jobs and the moneysluts want their profits and the teabog ditzo's want their hero's who came out of shock jock morning radio.

The solution is simple. Eat the rich

Rupert Murdock is the first to admit that he is a Newsman. He sells stories. He never said he sells facts or truth. Pulitzer and Hearst created many profits with their yellow journalism. From the prohibitions removing competition to the wars to the very plastic infrastructure we have to this day. During the depression he built his castle. Arrogance and classism attacking the very teabog ditzo middle class on a daily barrage of insults, lies and intimidation's. ... and they believe it.

Ban Fossil Fools for the Sake of the Children huffing it!

Its fucking YOU they're talking about idiot!!! It don't matter what political party you are at work. Carry the water and chop the fucking wood is all they give a shit about. You make them rich and that is your net worth. Its really not that bad. The hardest job is when a worker gets laid off. The only ones oxyrush and shandity broadcast are the minority of scammers. Yet would we stop buying online because a few engage in ID theft?

The Racist Ganjawar

So at the end of the day the cheer leaders of the moneysluts with the 6 figure or higher salaries aren't worried about unemployment insurance running out. What we are seeing is probably going to upset the teabogs. The Barter system is returning with a vengeance. Out of work skilled labor and white collar lawyers, health practitioners and grunts are bartering and leaving the middle creeps out of the picture.

Cover-Ups, Prevarications, Subversions & Sabotage

Why buy shit from Wallmart when we can grow our own here? I've been doing a sliding scale for 20 years keeping patients at home and out of government corporate warehousing. Guys working 40 years building their own homes only to lose it over health care. Can't afford caregivers. 1/3rd of their cost is taxes but where is the Dick Armey keeping these teabaggers with their souvenirs and memories?

Ganjawar on the Poor

Hypocrites apply to those who know what they are doing is opposite of what they say and do it anyway. Neocons aren't hypocrites in that they mean what they say, they just don't give a rats ass. Lies are justified by the end result. Diversions and red herrings with a side of hobgoblins. You can't legislate or make rulings if you don't get elected or appointed. What ever it takes, and at the present time it takes fools in large numbers and thanks to the teabog ditzo's Neocons are infiltrating every government House.

i think Democraps underestimate the populist resistence towards the health care bill..and in particular the insurance mandate, which i don't believe will survive judicial review

Ah yes, another waste of fucking time, energy, money and manpower to have a 'symbolic' vote designed to show unity among the party...

Cram it in your ass fuckers. The day will come when all your money and your fat bank accounts and six homes and fleet of cars isn't going to do you any good. The day is coming when you'll be dragged screaming with your families from the compound and be ripped limb from limb and BBQ'd and then you'll be worth what you've got.

Eat the rich.

Meh, just demonstrates to me that branding/marketing has come more important than boring legislation.

A.k.a, style over substance, form over function, etc...

this isn't just symbolic, it's a sign of things to come..ultimatly Obama will cease to be a factor(joining his big government colleagues) two years from now because of these two words:
Insurance Mandate

the new regs don't bother people as much, it's the insurance mandates that are the fatal flaw.. politically, legally and morally
(it's the public option all over again)

i actually am gonna agree with kamikazi here

the more i think about it, and the more various states attorney generals have looked at it- it seems totally out of step with the constitution to require people to buy insurance.

this is one of those stubborn things, just like the pentagon had to deal with the publishing of the pentagon papers, and the sc upheld their release, etc... now the black letter law appears to be quite solidly on the side of those who want it repealed. now i dont think most of those who oppose it oppose it because of the constitutional prohibitions that it violates, but still, i believe it really honestly does violate the constitution...and stubborn things dont go away.

car insurance is mandated for drivers... if you CHOOSE to drive, then you are subject to the requirement that you must pay money for insurance, if you dont want to , your not required to, you just dont drive.

heathcare, the government is now saying, every person who choses to be alive must have healthcare.... well, thats not a choice , being alive is not just involuntary, but its one of those 3 fundamental rights that are mentioned by name in the preamble to the dec of independence. to say to every person that you must buy heath insurance, your are forcing people , many of who are healthy and for whatever reason dont want to spend their money on that particular thing, to spend their money on what the govt tells you u have to spend it on... that is why imo i believe it violates the constitution. you cant force people to buy something specific, unless they have the option to opt out.... or else its pretty obvious that its coercion. if you dont want car insurance, dont drive. if you dont want health insurance... i guess, dont live. ?

so yea pretty sure this will be one o those things that gets overturned. the political debate is not really even all that important to this, its a question of black and white law.

We have sick care, not health care, once we move from a third party payer system to a single payer system then we can see actual progress to reform.

This is the last thing Insurecorp wants.

It's quite funny to me sometimes when the shout of socialized medicine goes out, you don't want your hard earned tax dollars going to pay for illegals and those poor folk who can't afford health care but year after year we pay more and more to private insurance companies because they have to cover the costs of illegals and poor folk not being able to afford coverage putting a strain on the system but for some odd reason if there is a CEO and a board and some alphabet soup after the name on the door then although we bitch and complain we still write the fucking check.

Oh by the way, thanks to that congresswoman catching lead, all the pussies on Capitol Hill have decided the language is improper so it's been revised to 'Repealing The Job Destroying Health Care Law'.

Seems some of them are worried something they said might actually affect them in some way...
