Seriously, if I wanted to I could just throw the next gay guy I come across right up against a wall and give him an anal assault and he wouldn't complain one bit.

Nope.

This is only the will of the the people. It means nothing. Their political contributions don't add up to shit next to the contributions of Pharma companies, and other large corporations that benefit from the illegalality of hemp/cannabis.

Shit, it isn't even the large corporations, the war on [illegal] drugs has spawned a huge industry from arms and armor to rehab and resistance education. Mom and pops cranking out and feeding off our most profitable export, fear.

Sad really when you think about it, we are so afraid of the tiny bit of over-hyped and overblown shit that'll really harm us that we don't pay attention to the man behind the curtain shoving you into a smaller and more well armored box than the next guy.

The Executive branch (The Presidency) just enforces the laws. The Legislative branch is the one that actually makes the laws. Fuck telling Obama, write your Congressmen, your Senators, your Representatives.

No, just one of those problems the individual has no hope of fixing. It's a monster that's gotten too big to kill. You just have to let it destroy it's own food source, thereby killing itself, because that's all that's left open to you. This is how nature deals with oversized monsters.

COVINA, Calif. — Police in California say two children were hospitalized after eating a marijuana cookie they found on a kitchen counter, and their mother was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment.

Covina police Lt. Tim Doonan says the girls, ages 10 and 11, found the chocolate chip cookie in a baggie when they came home from school on Monday.

Doonan tells the San Gabriel Valley Tribune that the girls felt ill, complaining of numbness and pale, clammy skin, and were taken to a hospital, where tests showed traces of marijuana .

Their mother, 33-year-old Veronica Sylvester, remained in jail Wednesday on $100,000 bail.

Doonan says she told detectives she got the cookie from a friend for medical purposes. But Doonan says Sylvester had no prescription for the drug.

What about the thousands of kids you got their hands on Dad's bottle of whiskey that day and took their first step towards psoriasis of the liver? What about the hundreds of thousands of kids that found Mommy's cigarettes that day and took the first step to lung cancer? If I was the doctor at that hospital, I would have told the mother to give the children water and rest until they were feeling better and not to worry because marijuana is less toxic for a child to ingest that the majority of their "child safe" crayons and markers.

They had a great question for Obama about the war on drugs and how its cost trillions and got no results except more drugs and violence in its wake, and if he would finally support legalization (actually, the guy in the far top right of that image).

His answer was just straight out "nope."

Doesn't surprise me a bit though...I mean that would put the entire DEA out of a job...no President can or would take that kind of heat on.

Nope, just like any other law that has ever passed in support of the people, we must demand it (in any ways necessary) or else it will never be given. Freedom is never handed from the top down, it always grows from the grassroots up.
