Which Dictator is the Craziest?
lol, there are some eccentric dictators out there. Looking at some funny pics of moamar this morning I was just wondering, which of them wins the award for most crazy looking/ most crazy acting / and most dangerous.
Feel free to add your own.. Is it  so ronery  hitler-reincarnate  nice cigar...  idi ?  Hugo (and pals) ? or someone else? post a pic if you want to add another dictator to the list! cheers.

That Ahmadinejad geezer isn't a dictator, neither is Iran a dictatorship, it's a theocracy.
Most of the craziest dictators have syphilis which is cheating imo.

Amin, as far as the ones that were just out there. A lot of them are sociopaths, but most sociopaths are able to "function". Throw the delusions of granduer, that's when they get really bad. Amin was completely out of his tree, as it were, and a lot of his countrymen paid for it.
