Lightning!!

Statistics from 1990 through 2003 show that, on average, 54 people are killed by lightning strikes every year in the US!

Terrorism, on the other hand, only claims 21 lives in the US annually (not counting the single event in 2001 which claimed ~3000 lives). The annual number of 21 reflects conditions both before and since 9/11.

So, we must be ever vigilant against this new threat! We must seek it out and destroy it whereever possible. And any country which grants safe-haven to lightning must be considered our enemy, and attacked at once!
