Ddc, would be completely right, had the question been "who increased the debt more?.
However, the question is "who increased the debt?" Thus he is only 75%(because gop increased it more) right, lol. A simple "more" on the question makes a lot of difference. Without it, the correct answer for the 64 thousand pennys is: Quote:
