US Senate is going to destroy the internet!
Going to Jail for Linking? What Sen. Amy Klobuchar’s S. 978 Could Mean for You
please spread the word and write your congressmen and senators to tell them to oppose this. under the proposed law, it is ILLEGAL to stream or post vids of video game footage and music footage on youtube... so , no minecraft tutorials, no game guides, no montages with background music.... and if you do it repeatedly you can be sent to jail for 5 years or fined thousands of dollars. This , if passed, could literally destroy the best parts about the internet, at least for Americans... can you imagine how retarded it would be if you werent allowed to stream or post vids of your cool video game experiences and mods and guides and such? I probably have payed for 10 games that i first saw and watched and learned about on youtube.... Please spread the word and lets make sure this never happens!

I don't really see how this will be good for game companies, as these days I almost never buy a game without watching a Let's Play about it.
