yea, but removing those exemptions and breaks would mean congressmen lose their power...
look at the tea party, they were supposed to cut government down to size but the ethanol subsidy still exists yet nobody thinks it's a good idea. why? the iowa caucus, for one

I think that within ten to twenty years the "deep space exploration program" will be back on track.
