Srsly tho, a lot of companies have been scurrying to obtain patents and develop canna products recently. A fair few governments haver handed out permits for growing weed for research.

All of this is highly corporate and will probably be bad for the consumer in the long run but it does tend to indicate the wind is slowly changing viz. legalisation.

TBH prop 19 was shit anyway, I supported it at the time but maybe it is a good thing that such a restrictive system was not adopted.
