yep me too :

time limit here = 5 years from conviction.

But, when registering, I wasn't even asked.

We don't have a time limit here, but I can petition the court to have my rights restored. It's an individual thing. They usually grant it.

From that page:

Kentucky - The ability to vote can be restored only when the Governor approves an application for an executive pardon from an individual convicted of a felony after completion of his/her sentence.

You'd be surprised how many people here have clean records after spending years in prison.

Convicted felon? Don't tell me, let me guess. Growing weed, right?

Mothernature, you are found guilty by a jury of your peers of the heinous crime of gardening. May God have mercy upon your soul!

yea that's extremely difficult in pa.

but I can vote.

also, I didn't know this...

10 states and the District of Columbia also restrict some people with a misdemeanor conviction from voting.

Refusing to vote Democrat is understandable. Voting Republican, on the other hand, is inexcusable.

Thanks for voting Ohio!
Looks like people are waking up, even in Ohio.
Ohio voters reject curb on labor unions. Now this has got to be a backbreaker for those middle-class hating republicans. Fucking pieces of shit.

I'd say a larger % than that, since they're voting almost straight republican't.

Blacks and poor (mississippi) is suffering among the worst in the present economy, and the GOP wants to make it worse.

Yep. Cultivation, 2nd offense. Automatic felony, no matter how many plants.

Funny thing is, when they came in the third time (with no warrant), they found no grow room, just weed. I got a ticket for simple possession. I told my lawyer I was not pleading to anything. "Send me to prison. I have health problems I need fixed." Of course all charges were dropped, but the cops don't harass me anymore either!
