Annie get your gun!

I would like to urge the last three people in America that don't have a gun, to go out immediately and buy one. Should you see one of these vile things flying about, take it the fuck out!

Drones roam skies of US cities - Video on msnbc.com

Here's how they did it with the black helicopters, and now they are doing it again with the fucking drones.
There is an old law in the U.S. code called Posse Camitatus, which was originally a part of the anti-sedition Act, passed back after the War of Northern Aggression (fuck you I like the sound of it). This was meant to protect us from rulers using Feral troops to subjugate us. They'd have to do it with JUST their other myriad armed thugs. So even though these fuckers give not one whit for the Constitution or our "Inalienable Rights", they do enjoy at least trying to placate their rotten lawyer souls by taking a stab at molding the law to fit their ends. When that doesn't work out - they get flexible and just throw money.

This case is about the latter. Via the HLS and DEA, funds are made available for States and large cities to obtain the military hardware direct. They can buy all of the same spy choppers, with the same surveillance gear, that we are going broker than shit shipping across the planet to subjugate other unfortunates. Consider for a moment - why?

Why do we give our government, the power, the money, and the opportunity, to take our money and borrow twice that in our name, to buy expensive 007 super spy shit, just to use to torment the fuck out of US, in order to help them eventually - and hopefully if you listen to their cowboy fuck storm troopers - throw us all in fucking prison? Like her or hate her, Ayn Rand warned of this shit almost 75 years ago. It's called the sanctioning of the victim, and what it means is that not only are we expected to pay for our own torment, but we are now also expected to help them stick the knife in and smile. This is absofuckinlutely insane, and we need to stop ALL of their bullshit NOW not later!

QUIT VOTING FOR THESE DICTATORIAL, TOTALITARIAN FUCKHEADS!!!
Social welfare means dick if we're all in jail or dead. Wake the fuck up and look at what you have voted into power - and it ain't all just the last two assholes - they are all the same, except of course one - he who the media shall maintain as nameless.

Here's a simple test - if they support or supported The Patriot Act, or any of our bullshit wars abroad - they are evil fucks that need to go. I think that you will find that the same fucktards that support the War on Drugs, also support every kind of other war as well as every kind of intrusion imaginable into our lives. SOPA sucks for sure, but how much worse will it suck when these assholes get bored and start scanning your neighborhood in random sweeps. They are nothing more than airborn illegal searches - which they defend by saying the same fucked up shit every time... "well if you've nothing to hide, than you shouldn't mind", which then of course quickly morphs into "if you aren't doing something illegal, than you have nothing to fear", and finally degenerates into a simple - "well, none of your neighbors complained, what are you trying to hide?"

I'm not talkin' 10 or 20 years from now. I'm talkin' today, tonight as you sleep, tomorrow while you're at work. They intend to ultimately be up your ass and in your life in ways that you don't even want to imagine.

Case in point: nearly every State in the Union has previously purchased, and is as we speak replacing with upgraded shit, all blacked out Bell OH-58 Kiowa (Jet Rangers in civilian speak) state of the art surveillance scout helicopters. Here's the Wiki on them:

OH-58F

The OH-58F is the designation for planned upgrade of the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior to extend the design's service until 2025. The planned Cockpit and Sensor Upgrade Program (CASUP)[55] features a nose-mounted targeting and surveillance system rather than the mast-mounted sensor used on the OH-58D.[56] The AAS-53 Common Sensor Payload includes an advanced infrared camera, color Electro-Optical camera, and image intensifier. Additional enhancements include a Force Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2) display screen and dual-channel, full-authority digital engine-controller.[55] The new model will have Level 2 Manned-Unmanned teaming, increased armor protection, common missile warning system, and dual-independent advanced moving maps.

The OH-58X was a modification of the fourth development OH-58D (s/n 69-16322) with partial stealth features and a chin-mounted McDonnell-Douglas Electronics Systems turret as a night piloting system; including a Kodak FLIR system with a 30-degree field of view. Avionics systems were consolidated and moved to the nose, making room for a passenger seat in the rear.

The aforementioned less the weapons systems is what is being provided to your State's Militia (National Guard) under a mandate that they be piloted by your State Militia pilots (Army or Air Guard ), and that they support DEA drug interdiction efforts in your State. Of course, since the Feral government's paying the tab (with money borrowed in our fucking names) there's fuel and maintenance available to keep these birds aloft 24/7... as long as there are pilots available to fly them. One thing you need to understand about pilots - they would all rather be flying than getting their willie waxed, so ya better beieve these things stay in the air. They are all weather, day-night, nap of the earth capable and quiet as shit. If you've heard the thunderous WHOP WHOP WHOP of the twin blade rotor war horse UH-10 - it's pretty fuckin' loud. They ain't sneakin' up on anybody. An experienced pilot knows how to use the terrain to help confuse those on the ground as to where he's comin' from - but in the UH-10, there's no kidding anybody about your coming.

These newest four blade rotor, high output engine models are fast, quiet, and can drop into a circle smaller than the average pick-up truck needs to turn around. They can be on you or over you in less than 30 seconds of you hearing the first feint noise, and that's on a windless day. If you're upwind of them, or in-doors, they could be droppin the rapid deployment ropes in your front yard before you get to the door. Once they're on top of you you'll certainly know it, 'cuz the rotor wash pressure is significant. Over a normal frame house at low level, you WILL become totally disoriented immediately. Try to picture yourself inside a 2000 watt sub in somebodies hatch back, turned up to eleven.

At night, they probably won't even wake you as they fly and scan from 2-300 feet. You may awaken, but by the time your brain starts to ponder why, you'll no longer be able to hear them.

Now I've just been talking about the full sized spy choppers that carry people. The new RC model shit is - well fagetaboudit. Your just straight fucked, 'cuz by the time you see or hear one of these, and IF you can manage to even get a fix on it, they've been observing you for a while.
To date, a few crude video feed hacks have been made public, but most of that is just people intercepting the video signal to see what they see - the haven't actually stopped shit.

Wake up folks. The game started a long time ago, and we've a lot of catching up to do.

Yeah... that's not one that gets much play these days. Gotta get on the war train dad. It's all about continuing to build the empire, while we go more broke and become less free here at home. Some sad ass shit.

I wanna hang some Bat-Grapple Bazooka's in the trees with motion sensors. As they fly by the grappling hooks launch dragging up a big fuck Kevlar net that instantly tangles their shit and drags them instantly to the ground where their shit is consumed in a horrible fiery death.

The other idea was the Johnny pot seed approach. Everybody just start plantin' in every park, interstate interchange and median strip. Just overwhelm the system with so much wild weed that they can't possibly kill it all. Eventually they'll all just go completely crazy. Despondent over a lifetime wasted in vain, the pent up shitty Karma just wells up and they kill themfuckingselves, like they should have when they first contemplated taking such a fuckheaded job.

Not that I have strong feeling son the subject mind ya.

You see, this is exactly the kind'a shit that starts to make me believe that weed IS dangerous for young people to smoke. Ya start a little too young, especially as a young man, before the physiological development of your brain is complete - and it just never does knit together quite right does it?

Okay, I'll try and pretend for a bit.
Wow dude... thanks fer pointin' that out! I never would'a thought 'a that. They would'a pro'ly smoked me as soon as I stood up to take aim.

I'm sorry... I just can't do stupid, at least not to that depth.
The very first fucking sentence didn't tip you off in the least that the comment was ridiculous, and that by its very absurd nature, that it was satirical hyperbole, only intentioned to tempt you deeper into the thread in the hope that you might possibly read and think some?

Do you honestly believe that my post was a real call to arms? That I was seriously and earnestly suggesting that you run the fuck down to WalMart to by a firearm to do singular battle with the latest and greatest military hardware on the planet. Dude, you need to fer fuckin' real, try and just step back from the bowl.

Wow is that a discouraging commentary on where we are. THAT'S what you took from the post?

You have left me morbidly depressed. I need to go re-evaluate the point of bothering to try and make a point.

I don't really want to persist in making this personal, but I'm pretty much an asshole like that, and sometimes I just can't resist.
Are you twelve, or just mentally retarded. You missed the short bus this morning and mom doesn't know you skipped school? Can you even tie your own shoes or do they just keep you in loafers? WTF man!?

Type whatever you like, post where ever you feel, but fer fucks sake, at least make the fuckin' effort to read more than the first sentence and look at all of the pretty pictures before making an ass out of yourself. Trust me, it's easy enough to do when ya DO read the entire post. I do it all of the time, but you! Fuck me! I gotta sudden urge to go get a fucking lobotomy.

You need to go rent "idiocracy" tonight... and give it to your parents to watch.

If you don't own a gun, and I seriously pray that you don't, PLESASE don't ever contemplate buying one.

by the way i agree that the police state is becoming pretty frightening. you have these spook wannabe nypd cops running 'counterterrorism' and little mid west towns that can't afford decent hospital care or functional roads have police departments strapped with high tech gear and just itching to test it out.

and the fucking cops leave their cars running in the gas station parking lot for hours at a time
i just wanna walk up and turn it off, then slap the cap for wasting my tax money. i dont like getting pepper sprayed/tazed though

Cops got paramilitary hardware, training, and the departments are full of former soldiers with PTSD from all the shit that went down 'over there'. If you aren't afraid of the cops, you should be.

I used to fear that we were being lead into the National Socialist/Soviet socialist model, and that with it would come the camps and detainments and what not. Now that we have the technology, and a generation or two raised with a joystick in their ass, I believe we're much more likely to see the National drone force as our next great government jobs program.

They'll run it like a video fuck game. Free on-line fly-spy-shoot-kill FPS. They might have a shabby verify system before sanctioning the kill, but the kids probably won't even realize that they are controlling a real hunter killer drone flying somewhere over a town hundreds of miles away. It'll just be a fucking game to them. Think Lord of the Flies goes digital.

One of the most cathartic reads ever and I wish it was mandatory reading. A philosophical and satirical masterpiece. What does make a human a human?

i remember hearing about a bid to build the control systems to interface with ps3 controllers because they required no new designs and training time would be cut down a ton. can't really verify if this is true, but its not hard to believe.

it seems common sense that unilateral drone surveillance goes against unreasonable search and seizure, no matter what the fed's lawyers say. hopefully the courts can/will help in some way..but if they let things like the patriot act stand i can't really see them having the balls or the teeth to make an effort. it's about (corporate?) america's interests, not americans' interests and its fucked to all shit.

but they still can't stop the herb man!

i'd like to give a big ole thank you to whoever's been growing their weed with the rays of the sun. y'all did a damn fine job last season drones or no drones. whoever and wherever you are, this one's for you

Absolutely, couldn't agree more. My ah hah moment with the drone bullshit was last Fall when I received a toy catalog in the post. On the cover was the most disturbing ad that a tri-polar paranoid schizophrenic like me could ever see. There was a picture of an all black, R/C "drone" with four horizontal rotors and a built in camera. The ad copy touted how you could use it to silently spy on "friends, family, even that annoying neighbor down the street". It went on to explain how its video feed and some other bullshit would allow the pilot to simulate launching a missile attack against your victims.

Now I grew up during a time that I consider the setting reality's sun. WWII and Korea were as current as the first Iraq war, and Viet Nam and the Cold War were current events that greeted us every morning noon and night. There was no such thing as political correctness as yet, and the civil rights movement was in full swing. America was far from being a perfect place... but, it was a fuck load better than what I see today.

The very idea of "spying" on your neighbor is something that even in a non-P/C world was just not a part of the lexicon. As kids, all of our favorite television shows were just loaded with violence - from Vic Morrow and Combat, to Twelve O'Clock High and later Rat Patrol. What we saw on the tube, we were out in the woods re-enacting the next day. Kids used to ask for, and receive, imitation M-14's, M-1 Garands and 1911 Colt's as Xmas gifts, and they looked real as fuck and didn't have any fucked up little orange plug on the end. My first cool "toy" gun, was a real G'ovt. issue Colt 1911 with a plugged bbl. that my neighbor had brought home from the war and given me because I liked playing Combat so much. Had you asked any young boy on my "good Catholic" block (and there was a hundred of us) what kind of car we wanted when we became old enough to drive, and every one to a person would have said Christopher George's Willy's Jeep with a Ma Duece in the back.

My point is that by today's standards of "normalcy" we would have all been declared psychological train wrecks. Our parents would have been incarcerated for child abuse and endangerment (yeah, they used to beat our ass for talkin' back, lying, stealing, cursing, not doin' our chores... pretty much everything came with an ass whipping), and we would end up in some gov't re-education camp and watch list for life. What we wouldn't ever have dreamed of doing though... was spying on a neighbor, or pointing a real gun at anything that we didn't intend to eat for dinner. There wasn't a house on my street that didn't have at least a deer rifle sitting somewhere in it, and by some miraculous power - we never had anybody show up in school with a gun unless they were going hunting afterwards... and that was okay. How is it that any of us ever managed to survive?

As kids we had no real recognition of property lines and values, but everybody understood that when the old man on the corner said to stay out of his orchard, or don't play ball around my rose bushes, he fucking meant it - so you just did what he said. My impression of today's world being populated by idiots and retards is well founded - 'cuz I can't envision a world where someone would think that a "toy" for spying on friends and neighbors was anything but illegal, or at least a good excuse for a serious ass kicking.

The conditioning by our rulers in government and religion has been completely effective. They both preach "sacrifice" for example, and today, if you have a problem with that - there's something wrong with you? Why? Why the fuck am I or should I ever be expected to sacrifice anything? Here's an idea. Instead of all of these ,mealy mouthed little pussy fucks cryin' about "we need to be protected from terrorists" they just shut the fuck up. Instead of asking ME to sacrifice so they can pretend to be safe - how about they all lick my ass and THEY make the sacrifice. Sacrifice their intrusions into my life. Sacrifice their over reaching, gun grabbing, liberty stomping, freedom squashing bullshit... 'cuz THAT is what makes me feel unsafe, and I assure you that my fears are 100% more well founded than any of this contrived xenophobic horse shit that they jump and dance to.
