It takes two to tango buddy. Blacks arent some longstanding victim of white oppression. Especially in current year.

If they want to break laws and make up stupid names for their children, that's on them.

If anything white societies are where blacks have the best quality of life, but they continue to show resentment.

feminism is a weird one. i think the fundamental, historical thrust of feminism was equal rights and empowerment, and I agree that men don't have to "lose" for those results to be achieved. at the same time a large portion of people my age who identify as feminists hold hateful and/or regressive views. i think that's why my female friends and family members tend to vehemently claim not to be feminists, even though they are all very much pro-equal rights, anti-rigid gender roles, etc.

my personal solution to the confusion is just to completely ignore the word "feminist" as it doesn't really tell me anything about the person, and try to judge them on the views they actually espouse.

geeno, you're simply wrong. denying credit (mainly mortgages) to blacks was a real and recent trend that caused a host of problems. Yes individual black people do have autonomy and it is possible for them to overcome their circumstances. But to say that blacks as a whole aren't disadvantaged, or that racism and discrimination are an irrelevant part of the distant past is just fucking stupid.

Maybe they just need better PR.

I met a mystically pleasant black woman recently that said she had been expecting me because she asked the universe to summon me.

She asked the universe for someone.

She got me.

TBHfam it looks like the universe might be to blame.

the fact that I believe the blacks are the prime culprits of black problems, makes me a cunt.

They really should stop committing crimes though, it's not going to help them.

Bridge overtaken by the trolls.

If you want to have a serious conversation about race or feminism, do so. Don't resolve to making yourself look so silly and bigoted.

Lol holy shit

Dude if you were black YOUR PARENTS were still dealing with segregation and frequent lynchings n shit.

I mean, even if you ignore all the systemic racism that has existed in recent decades and still to this day... Which i cant even begin to understand how one could have their head so deep in the ground to believe that.... I dont see how you could ignore that this is still a very recent thing.

Young black people's parents were straight up viewed as a lesser human by law.

You really cant grasp some lingering resentment from that alone?

You are fucking losing it m8 lol. Off the deep end.

I can see your point and don't disagree/have similar a quandary at times.

Maybe there will be a day BLM is too rejected by those who for all tense and purposes support first wave BLMing?

Blacks couldn't use the same bathrooms as whites in my lifetime. Every southerner I've met uses the word nigger like it's just another word in their vocabulary. They also always told me that niggers know their place down where they come from. So why would there be any lingering resentment?

I dont think holding on to that resentment is helping them in any meaningful way.

I kept reading BLM, and wondered "What's the big issue with the Bureau of Land Management?" Then I was like, "Oh, right."

Forgiveness is powerful and life changing indeed.

But what if it's not about feeling resentment, yourself,
but rather it's still feeling the resentment towards you,
and even to the point of tangible proof?

How do you move on from something still happening?

When 13-14% of the population is responsible for 50% of the murders, it's no surprise theres some resentment towards them.

If you consider it's mostly men that commit the murders and other crime, it's an even smaller population.

Police are absolutely right to profile them.

So clearly resentments towards the black population isn't changing anything. How about something more proactive?

I'm all for legalizing weed if thats really disproportionately disrupting their pursuit of happiness. But mostly because it disrupts everyones pursuit of happiness.

After that, this is just the world we live in.

That's one good thing.
Looking at systemic injustices in the so-called 'justice system'.
