Question Good question here....

I have always stood against drug testing for many reasons as it is a scam set up mostly through workmans comp insurance to give them another reason on their long list so they can deny a claim. There is, and I believe never will be any accuracy for cannabis testing no matter what the claims are from any lab who states otherwise. I also found that any job I submitted a drug test for turned out to be a basic slave labor job as they figure you are weak to give up your rights in the first place. There are too many ways around the test like the shampoo for the hair follicle, etc. Many companies are forced into this through the insurance scam though.

Having a Union helps. We kept drug testing out of our workplace for the 33 years I worked there. I'm sure our comp premiums reflected that. And of course the company has less to give in wages as a result but it was well worth it.
