and kiwi... hits it on the dot....you just answered my question....now if you look at how haarp moves the jet streams from north to south and back you will see that even in those pictures the area over India has a low ammount of carbon in octrobre...even if those hot spots over S america and africa are caused by fires...WHERE did all the carbon that was over the northern hemisphere go to??? what casued it....it wasnt fires i checked your fire map...there were no fires in april up in alaska where there is a higher level of carbons off the coast...why is it that the photo i posted doesnt show the fires that are in australia at the same time as those in africa and south america there is no carbon levels spike over australia even though there were large brush fires......why does Greenland get a huge spike in carbons in late novembre(Video) when there is no corresponding fires... why is it that the mass of carbon coming off south america in september(between sept 6-15) gets larger as it goes south over water... im am not saying that the hot spots are a 100% becasue of HAARP but i am saying that they are not a 100% becasue of fires....
