So im going up to Vancouver in about 4 days to visit the makeup schol I was accepted to and talk with the director. Look for a place to live and all that stuff. Im really excited about moving. Yes. Im just going to visit and talk. Im going to be going there to live at the end of December. Im sure if the judge approved this hes going to let me go to school. What kind of asshole would deny a kid a chance to do something with his life? Unless hes a prick. Besides first offense and The pre trial oficer thought I wouldn't have any problems with cutting a deal and not even gonig to court.

Judge letting you leave the jurisdiction of the court and Canada Customs letting you in with a DUI related offense on your record are two different things.

Either way good luck, and stay the fuck out of the east vancouver if you plan on sticking to "No Crack".

There is no record..you only get a record when your found guilty..the case is pending and most likely will be "reckless driving"
