What's up, puffers? Yo Captain Cannabis, how is the weed quality and availability in norway? Is it mostly swamped with soapbar hash and gritweed like the rest of europe (with the exception of amsterdam, of course)? |

crappy hash is available everywhere for very high prices. i don't smoke weed here. some of my norwegian friends have good weed but its very expensive.
