one thing i hate about MN decriminalization law is that 42.5 or less is considered a civil infraction, $200 fine. Okay, but if you have more than 1.4 GRAMS in your car unless in a trunk, you will still be arrested on a gross misdemeanor charge....Who the fuck came up with 1.4 grams?

Definitely. It's easier to get high and drain the lizard with a little privacy and wind blockage leafage while tearin up the links
