Bloomington's a fine, fine place to live in most regards, though some of the town's been "Nerfed" in recent years by the fairly vocal soccermom population. There've been a few members on here from the Monroe country and surrounding areas before but they don't seem to active these days.

Welcome to Yahooka, and enjoy Little 5 weekend! It's on!

I haven't noticed too many issues from the soccer mom crowd, but i really don't know a ton of people here. ive been here about 4 years, but haven't really made many friends. I love the town though. culture, low crime, quiet but things to do. I grew up in dayton, oh hearing gun shots almost every night. this is a nice change. Though sadly on the herb front, i have to go to indy when i want it. Im sure there is great shit floating around here, but i have yet to find it. the few times i have gotten localy it has been overpriced and shitty.

sorry to hear about your lucklessness on the herbfront. its fairly easy to find people smoking at bars/shows, etc. plus, being a local helps
Oberst, I had no idea you still browsed yahooka. I haven't logged-in for quite a while, thought I'd return and see what's up.

Oh, Charley, Yahooka's only an occasional fling as I've got a bit much on the plate to keep me occupied for the time being. Unfortunately, I can't work up too much love for the site these days, it's a bit slow and.. protracted, certain regards.
