Used to work for a guy who has a brother who may have run a slight bit afoul of U.S. tax laws and is now living in Panama running some sort of business that has something to do with the ocean and tourism. Last time my ex-boss was down for a visit he asked his brother if he thought he may risk a return trip to the U.S.

Looking up and down the beach his brother sighed deeply and said simply.

"Why?"

Was thinking about moving there for warm weather, and to try something new..
Habits are cheaper too iv heard.. But I don't know anyone and I'm broke..
