Ontario 'Hookans - Harvest Festival

Any 'hookans going this year?

I swear remembering Canuck Wisdom and maybe some others talking about the same festival a couple years back... Could be wrong.

Regardless, anyone reading this living in Ontario - should give this party a serious consideration. Any incentive, I'll be there

I think he was deriving humour from the use of the word "just" in combination with distances of hundreds of kilometres. With the word "just" in this context usually meaning not that far.

So a buddy of ours is going like 90% sure. He's volunteering so he can go for free.

However, the dates of event coincide with the weekend we'd planned to head out of town to the PA Ren. Faire. It is a really good time with my Wife's family drinking all day, sneaking it a smoke and dancing to bands play in the style of the weekend, like Celtic Fling (when the Highland Games officially comes to the Faire). This year my Step Sister and her Husband, who is really the one I feel connected to, will be coming with us. I don't get to see them enough and I'm super excited for that.

Ought to be looking AMAZING up there by that time of year in Northeastern Ontario.

Just found out I won't be able to attend due to work. I shall be in hawkesville instead working, if they had of asked me on sunday I would have already ordered my tickets. shall be fun working though.
