American Turkey Day

What's everybody doing for Thanksgiving? Do you got big plans with family? Do you have to work? Do you watch the parade on tv?

I'm gonna be spending half my day with my family then the other half with my gf's family. Hopefully I'll have a full belly while watching some football.

going to see my grandmother on my fathers side, hopefully, whom i haven't seen in about a decade.

i'm thinking about being very adult this year and actually bringing a dish that i make from home. i want to do something traditional but that probably wont be at the dinner otherwise. i'm thinking a homemade cranberry sauce or something.

That's cool about seeing your grandma Merc. I think bringing something is a good idea. I always take a dish and some kind of desert. I'm taking homemade extra cheesy mac&cheese to one and the above mentioned 7layer salad to the other.

cranberry sauce might be a good idea. i had some home made cran sauce last year that had a little orange in it. it was pretty yummy and i doubt it would take long to make

appetizers are always pretty easy too

Working from 4pm to 5am

2 of the 4 employees are dorming college students

during holidays they're required to leave their dorms so they're heading home for the weekend which leaves huge holes in the schedule.

I need the extra money but two 13 hour shifts in a row is going to suck.

Seriously, if I wanted to I could just throw the next gay guy I come across right up against a wall and give him an anal assault and he wouldn't complain one bit.

have turkey day off, working the day before and after. thankfully goodwill hasn't jumped on the black friday midnight sales, yet.

Just planning a quiet day with the family and pets. Standard thanksgiving day foods.

We am having everyone over our house! I love cooking but I do have to say i'm a little nervous. We will be having 18 people over. My parents are making a lot of things so that is help out a lot. I don't have a big oven so that's really putting a squeeze on things. Its kind of like a adrenaline rush.
