Talking Travelling to CO

I'm going to be in the Denver area March 29th through the 31st. Still making an itinerary for the trip but was hoping you all could give me some suggestions as far as sight seeing, recreational mj shops, restaurants, etc. Any other yahookans in the area? Feel free to pm me as well. Thanks guys,

-loatarz

go check out the red rocks amphitheater, even without music it is fucking AWEsome. You can go climb around on all the seats and there is some hiking trails from the visitors center.

Def redrocks, right outside Denver. Expect to overpay at any recreational shop, wayy overpriced right now. Are you staying in Denver exclusively? There are a lot of cool brewery tours and ski season is still going strong if you can migrate a bit. If you're in Denver you should check out Illuzions, crazy ass headshop downtown. Definitely the nicest glass gallery I've ever seen.

Also, Cheeba chews. Not sure if they got recreational ones yet, but those things will knock you on your ass.

I checked out Red Rocks Amphitheater and that is definitely on the to-do list. I know its probably overrated but I thought the Coors brewery would be fun to go on as well. I wish that giant concrete slide was open, that would have been worth stopping at. I'm not much for skiing, but fishing would be something I could have fun doing. Although I only have 2 days worth of time to spend out there. Will also be stopping at Illuzions as well.

I've got a car rented and don't mind traveling a bit if needed. I've yet to decide which hotel I'll be at but I've got hilton reward points so that narrows it down a bit.

There are a bunch of recreational shops in Denver. Obviously overpriced and I don't see any seeds. I was under the assumption that even out of towner's are allowed to posses up to an ounce of "thc", whether it be concentrate, buds, seeds. But from what I've seen on the few rec shop websites, no one sells seeds. Clones are not an option for me

Thanks for your input so far, keep em coming

Seven grams is the limit for sale per day, per customer for out of staters.

I work at mile high rec on federal, we have two different price points-a black label that goes out the door, after tax, for 14.58 per gram, 29.30 for two, 48.45 for the eighth and 96.90 for the quarter. the connoisseur is 19.50 per gram, 30 something for two, 60.56 for the eighth, and 121.12 for the quarter. And I'm told we have the best prices in downtown-so keep that in consideration when budgeting money for your trip.

Concentrate prices will blow your mind, expect to pay around 70 dollars a gram after taxes in most places.

Feel free to stop in, I won't lie and say our buds are anywhere near the quality that I expect for myself, but they are good in regard to many of the other rec shops I've creeped on. They still blow out of stater's minds, I just consider them poorly flushed and chemmy. Our edibles are fairly priced and we're huge on customer service. I'm happy to spend fifteen minutes on a customer's first rec shop experience and go over the strains and products we offer and the effects they can expect.

There are a lot of cool nature places within a few hours' drive of the city. You should most definitely check out rocky mountain national park and spend a day hiking around, of course after picking up some buds and smoking out.

Behind rocky mountain national park, check out dayhikesneardenver.c om for a quick and basic rundown of the myriad natural wonders in this area.

You should check out the indian hot springs and book an hour in a private outdoor room. Awesome to relax in 106 degree water while in subzero air temps (warming up now, but still amazing) Indian Hot Springs in Colorado

Check out cervantes downtown for music and drinking, they tolerate smoking pretty well too.
