1X60 liter compressed block of coco-peat, (expands with water, comes pre-fertilized),
15 liters of perlite
5 liters of clay beads in the bottom of the containers to allow for better drainage.

$10 + $5 + $5 = $20 total

I also use a coco-peat specific nutrient for when the fert runs out, (this can cost as little as $20 for a no-frills brand, or as much as $30 (per 2 liters of undiluted) for a brand name like Canna.

This isn't as crazy and homemade as the rest of yours but heres go.

1 part miracle all purpose potting soil
2 parts regular backyard soil

It is very simple and uses miracle which is something most people hate. However for me at least it grew very nice vigorous plants so far.

I'd get the bone/blood meal combo. Use 5 cups for the amount of soil you indicated. The horticultural lime..........use 1 cup.
