hey, thanks for taking the time and effort to post all these pics buddy
I think all of us here, have a close bond with each other. We may not have met in person (who knows maybe one day we will), but the bondage is there. A common goal, to legalize. One vision, one love.

I m thinking of doing my next grow with 6L (final) pots. This way i can get more plants in there.
Of course, more plants + smaller pots => more frequent waterings/feedings => much more work but i think its worth it |

Please don't close the thread 'til you tell us how she smokes! That is, of course, when you can get up off the floor!
She's gorgeous. Great job. |

Smoke Report
OK Ok! ![]() In Depth Smoke Report (loosely modelled on this- smoke-report) Seeds purchased early `07 Northern Lights Special By KC Brains 7/7 germed, 2 killed through carelessness 5/5 survivors female. 1 showed evidence of hermaphrodism but only very late. 13 weeks to finish .Much variation of pheno`s. ![]() Doesn`t look anything special, bag appeal 4/10 Decent frosting of trichomes, not amazing 6/10 Trichs look cloudy-amber-(a few) dark under a 30x magnifyer. Colours: leaves olive green, trichs start white/amber and end up orange red when dried. Buds are very light and sativa like- density 2/10 Aroma- while growing smells of cat piss initially, not very strong (I`ve thought that KC`s aim might have been to develop a low odour strain), turning to a funky ammonia smell then- surprisingly turning to a pleasant menthol/vanilla smell- reminds me of NL and haze. The finished smell is a bit of a shock! You still get the odd hint of the funky ammonia. So Aroma -strength 3/10 -yummy factor 7/10 ![]() Taste- I`m rolling reefers atm so not tested any other way. Cured for about two weeks hanging in dryish conditions, not bone dry (sorry no RH meter). Tastes pretty much how it smells, maybe a bit less menthol. 7/10 Well cured not too dry, ready for the jar. Tokeability- fairly smooth 6/10 Hit expansion- medium 5/10 Speed of onset of effects- creeper 3/10 Sativa factor high 7/10 -this one would almost certainly induce the fear if harvested too early. Indica factor low 3/10 Potency higher than I expected 7/10 Duration- long time 8/10 Tolerance build up- very low 2/10 you can keep smoking and it keeps getting you higher! You can get very high with this baby. ![]() Definitely an evening or weekend smoke, it`s hard to work with this one. Good for playing the guitar or similar, doesn`t send you to sleep. Doesn`t give you the munchies- until you eat something, then you can`t stop .Tends to give a bit of a stone over in the mornings. Notes- I was expecting a indica dominant, that`s not what this is at all, especially the finished bud which gives a very heady sativa effect. -Took around twice as long to finish as KC said! -She can take nutes like a trooper. -Most of the pheno`s had glaring faults like excessive stretch, poor bud production, hempy characteristics etc. If anyone tries this strain I`d recommend throwing a whole pack of seeds to find the best one and keep it, growing from seed might be a bit haphazard. KC`s beans are well cheap anyway. -Probably not one for commercial grows -She`s a pain to manicure, high leaf/calyx ratio. -Probably best to cut nitrogen feeding fairly early or she just keeps growing and never finishes. Is this a keeper? Yes for the time being, you can see the pheno I`m keeping in the photo`s above. It`s not really like anything I`ve smoked before, the nearest I can come to a description is sativa Northern Lights. It`s not a bad yielder, 2oz out of a 6.5l pot seems attainable, I`ve got about 1 1/2 thus far which is pretty good for me. In the long term I`m sure there are quicker finishing sativas which give better bud with less hassle. Thanks for watching folks.
