So what now...

Life got really messy over the last year or so, I dealt by just mentally checking out. Smoking sure made that a lot easier

So, looks like it's time to quit, at least for awhile. Problem now is... I can't sleep and it's soooo hard to eat when not smoking!

I never had 'symptoms' when I quit smoking last time?! Seriously!?!?! Damn, this sucks.

I agree with you Turm, taking your mind off of a substance is a big help. Also the bouts of insomnia should subside with a few days time, at least thats how it seems to work for me.

I quit weed a few weeks back, and because of drug testing imma quit again tonight. I notice that I didn't eat at all for the week or so of sobriety, and sleep was non existent. These things were trivial compared to the CRAVINGS for the 'erb. Like, everywhere I turned I was reminded of weed. My mom had a sweater, said "danke" on it. All I could read was DANK. Gawd, I hate having to be clean. I will most likely mess up and be in jail, but maybe then I wont have drug testing when I get out. idk.
