Who cares? : Dysthymia

Check this user's posts, it may not be genuinely physically addictive, but rather, the addict creates the psychosomathic symptoms that, as a matter of fact, are there.

wow, thanks roll, for this totally inane article about a depressed and apathetic human being who blames their woes (boo-hoo, poor me) and dysthymia (i suck, the world sucks, why try..) on marijuana.

So is this dude saying marijuana has fucked him up for life? He said he quit and he no longer contemplates suicide, yet he still thinks his life is worthless. Shouldn't the fact he no longer smokes be a cure for all that ails him?

Well this settles it... I can't quit or I'm going to get dysthymia....

Now that we got that cleared up..

I said the article was ridiculous, I was giving an opinion. I wasn't trying to prove anything.

I just want to mention that the intentions of this thread (as well as my following replies) were, as a matter of fact, hostile, and that while i'm uneasy with it i suppose it still serves a warning against marijuana abuse and possible consequences for messing with brain chemistry (tetrahydrocannabino ids in this case)

Sage, as much as your reply is funny (it is in a drug-addict way) is true that you could get dysthymia after sudden discontinuation (i'm saying 'could' because other factors may be involved on why one could get dysthymia or suddenly feel 'dead').

connecting personal flaws or a sedentary/parasitic lifestyle directly to THC is easier than looking inward, i'm sure. especially considering one must loathe assuming due responsibility...if 'ceasing to smoke pot' is cited as a scapegoat for other various failures.

<----- likes being called funny in a drug addicted way

Thanks Roll

I'm just picking on you.

Do what you gotta, but don't be a zealot about it.
