Yeah. I've been laid out sick for the past two days so I haven't gotten around to pics or anything.

i'll get some footage of the local spring event in a couple months..

SSD, do you mean that you had brake lever extensions that annoyed you?

how did you like to keep your hands on the drops while you were riding? knowing that might be the best way to suggest what will work for ya.

we all meet at the plaza, people start circling the fountain, and then we head off down main st.

fair enough dude, thanks for the explanation.

I got a nice little camera with HD video & a most importantly ridiculously awesome accident/smashup insurance over the winter, so I'll try to take some fun videos this season. My body's not insured though, so nothing too crazy

I am also trying to amass funds to buildup a mountain bike so maybe I'll finally get around to that before the summer gets going. For now I'm just craiglisting frames, waiting for a shop/tech junkie to unload some prime steel goodness. Pretty dependable in this area.

Specialized Hardrock XC Disc
26x1.95 Bontrager wheels
Replaced the saddle with a Cloud-9 Suspension Comfort saddle

New stem to make it more adjustable
Replaced the gear shift with Shimano index shifters and Shimano derailleurs
Replaced the stock plastic peddles with metal BMX peddles for width and strength
Got a cheap computer to track my millage and speed

Still not been able to ride it

aw yeah, I think I'm going to get a single speed friday off craigslist. I'm inspired to make a bike like yours ssd. I saw the coolest SS outside a store the other day. It had that red/white camo bar tape and red walled tires and a chain with all the outside links painted red. It was the coolest bike I'd ever seen. I kinda wanna do it with black/blue or something like that.
