What do yall know about some yoga?

A girl showed me some moves the other day and it felt great.

she was all "wow you're flexible" .... yeeeeaaaahh

But what's good, I know a place in town that conducts lessons or whatever, but it seems like I'd be able to just cop a video or book.

I did it in the middle of a skate session and it loosened me way up.

I highly recommend any videos with Rodney Yee. He's the fuckin' man. He has a very soothing voice, and comes off like someone who really knows his shit when it comes to yoga. He has a nutload of videos too. I started doing them with absolutely no previous experience and was surprised at how easily I took to it.

I know other guys who take classes for it/do it. I don't personally, but it's chill. It's a natural euphoria if you do it right, I think so anyways... Do what you love to do, love what you do.

If anyone has any good links to some introductory excerises I'd be SO INTERESTED. I've been learning some yoga meditation but not so much the excercises. To be honest I could probably google it, but I'd like to hear what other people would actually recommend.
