You gotta give it to the Russians though, they had a badass team this year. When Russia decides to win a game, they will win that game. Sage, I think Canada just got a bit too cocky after those frist 3 goals, neither of them played bad, its a lot of pressure for a 17-20 year old kid.

i'm a proud canadian and a big supporter of our national teams, but i honestly don't feel bad about last night's game. sure its a pretty big collapse but russia played great. marcus foligno called the tying goal a "lucky pass".. uhh that was a sick spin-around-tape-to-taper and had very little to do with luck. we got outplayed, it happens!

and whatever. we still have the olympics for like 3 more years.

i think the city of buffalo (well hockey fans there anyways) should be pretty ashamed right now. more canadian fans showed up to USA games (not even talking about the one where they played canada) than americans. even at the bronze medal game it was primarily canadian fans.
