you should make one record that is like stupid easy but untouchable because nobody will ever compete for it. like lifting the empty bar or something at age 75, and then continue as normal afterwards

This thread has turned into a personal journal. Oh well.

I just finished my first cycle since I got done with the meet. Did a 310X1 squat, a 210X1, with pause, bench and a 310X1 deadlift. That's at a body weight of 150, 18 lbs heavier than meet time. Needless to say I pigged out after the meet. Now will be lifting in the 148 lb class. Plan on entering 1 meet in 2017 and then 2 per year after that until death does me in.

Sweet I was just about to bump this.

I hadn't worked out in about a month because of the whole packing and moving and living in a car thing - but I now have a gym pass at school and I hit the gym today.

I pushed myself a bit too hard tho. It was a lot warmer and humid in there than I'm used to and I was benching 200lb. Got 4 good sets in and then moved onto wide grip pull ups and shortly after I started getting really light headed and I had to sit down for 5 minutes to get my shit together.
