I only do dumbells at home and def not consistently as proven with my weak physique... I have 5X more energy lifting if I'm high, and probly wouldn't be true if I smoked a lot. It's a strange phenomenon that no one else has reported.
Not only that my form is much better stoned too. Weird huh?

Then when can he do his tris? You don't want to do the same muscle group 2 days in a row. Unlss you do a split routine and work out more than once a day, I'd say to do the tris after the chest workout.

So whats with wiping off the machines? Am I supposed to do it every fucking time cause that's awfully pedantic.
I do it when I leave some serious sweat on the handles or the back or if I drip on it. |

It's proper etiquette to wipe things down after you're done with them. Nothing worse than going to use something only to find it's all greasy.

I'm all about the home gym. When i go to the 24 hour fitness it feels like I'm putting on a demonstration in front of everybody. It stops being about my long term fitness and starts being about momentary efforts to look like I know what I'm doing. Eventually I end up on the basketball court or in the pool.
