I only do dumbells at home and def not consistently as proven with my weak physique... I have 5X more energy lifting if I'm high, and probly wouldn't be true if I smoked a lot. It's a strange phenomenon that no one else has reported.

Not only that my form is much better stoned too. Weird huh?

^ i bet when youre high, your mind wanders a bit easier and focuses less on the misery of the whole thing

Like I read a book when I'm on the treadmill and just take it slow, for a warm up.

Makes the half hour brisk walk go by a bit faster

Working out high is great, I find it really enhances the mind-muscle connection.

Edit:

I was just making an observation.
I respect going to the gym and it might be surprising to know that I signed up for the 5 day a week gym class ,where we alternated weight lifting and sport , in high school.

I was a pole vaulter, javelin thrower. Did a few mid distance races and in the fall ran x-country. It seems I couldn't get 'big' if I tried.

Despite looking like I could use the squat rack now I seem to keep up just fine in the landscaping world which is physical work of course.

i throws a mean javelin.

One time I took out my cop-buddy with a makeshift javelin from about 35 yards at dusk, he was running in a sort of perpendicular line to me when i hucked it. Running full speed

I got him right in the ribs under the arm, took him down! ribs all scraped up and shit.

In retrospect i could have killed him, but it was like instinct... dude runnin... hit him with a stick. Ive felt a lot closer to cats ever since then.

I'm pretty sure it's not a legal highschool sport in most states because of good times we called, Javelin football and javelin baseball. Good times good times... Happy to be alive and not have killed anyone either

So whats with wiping off the machines? Am I supposed to do it every fucking time cause that's awfully pedantic.

I do it when I leave some serious sweat on the handles or the back or if I drip on it.

It's proper etiquette to wipe things down after you're done with them. Nothing worse than going to use something only to find it's all greasy.
