I'm going to change my every other day routine in to 3 consecutive days.

I'm back to travelling for work so I don't have gym time besides friday/saturday/sunday.

Some hotels have 'fitness centers' with one of those shitty machines... A decent tricep workout is possible but forget anything else. Which is fine cause I can just do some tricep stuff, pushups and then just the demands of work to keep me going during the week.

i tried the shitty machines seated bench and it was like ultimate shoulder destruction no matter how i positioned myself. forget about that shit.

So for now its gonna be friday deadlift/row, saturday bench, sunday squat/military press

also these days I do my military press in the power rack, able to get a lot more out of it.

195 bench x 3

sucked cause on my second rep some random guy jumped in to spot which was cool but I had to tip him

is 10% of one rep a good tip for spotter?

225 Squat x 5 for two sets.

Double plates baby... cept i did it 45/25/10/5/5 but still sall da same

Second set felt pretty sloppy but w/e

also 105 military and 450 leg press.

This guy was loading the leg press up with plates, pushing it up off the rest... then doing crunches. Thought he was mad badass but everyone was laughing at him, cause it was a long drawn out dramatic process on his part - and people were waiting to use it. I asked if he was almost done and he got all smarmy and said one more - to max the machine out - but i could join if i wanted.

mind = full of fuck.

good stuff on the bench, keep eating and lifting heavy. Good progression so far, don't dread the stall out if it happens, just keep eating.

Good squats and military. Make sure on military your bringing the bar down low, so many people have horrible ROM of military. I hit my collar bone/upper chest area every rep.

Started doing them standing recently. Feels alpha as phuck. I also hit push presses after doing like 3-4 sets of strict standing military. A push press is just the standing military but you use leg drive to move bigger weight.

Careful though, fucking had 165 on the bar, hit my last rep of a set and boom, bar smashed my nose on the way up. Almost dropped it on my head

Also on your deads, are you slight bouncing or doing a complete reset where your 2nd, 3rd and so on reps, are from a complete stop just like your first set?

I had been bouncing the whole time but switched it up after getting yelled at for it by abunch of big strong fuckers on the forums. I'd recommend a complete reset.

I've just started lifting at home with some 5kg's. I'm not looking to be super hardcore.. just to tone up what I already have. Feels good.. and putting it on fast so far.

Geeno good luck with the work thing. I know when I had to travel for work 4-5 nights; it completely destroyed my routine. I was in the gym almost everyday previous to that. I kept up a routine of working out in the hotel gym and running outside. The running was great because I was always somewhere new. Actually most of the locations looks identical now that I think about it. Once it started getting cold out the wheels kind of came off. I worked against myself, I keep telling myself working out at the hotel gym was pointless bla bla... Even though I knew it wasn't that bad!
Well i guess what I am saying its keep it up and good luck Geeno.

fuuck standing military presses feel so bad ass. I think its a new favorite lift (still hard to top squats and deads).

Then going super heavy and doing a push press, mofos but staring hard.

as far as deads and bouncing I dont really know what that is. I can assume its when you dont reset for every rep.

I tend to bounce through my warm up sets and when I get to heavy ass weight I p much set it all the way down each time. Everytime its drag up past shins then thrust my hips forward

bouncing is just what it sounds. If you re-watch my video you'll see what I mean. Bringing the bar down to fast and instead of resetting comign right back up off the floor with a slight bounce of the weights against the floor.

Been resetting every rep now and while its a bitch, so much better.

Anyways, just started doing Romanian Dead Lifts on my leg days after squats. Do conventional deadlifts on back day now.. RDLs wrecked the fuck out of my hamstrings. Like left the gym 30 mins ago and they are already sore as fuck.

slightly different, more bend at the knees and more pushing your hips/butt out at the initial movement which recruits more hamstring into the lift which is what I want to focus on.
