Some Y's have pretty damn nice facilities.
My final totals for february: Bike: 12h 55m 03s - 186.15 Mi Run: 5h 51m 59s - 32.91 Mi Swim: 4h 18m - 12300 Yd Strength: 2h 30m this months in the books! Last edited by ionlylooklazy; 02-28-2010 at 08:58 AM. |

^Yeah the ones in this area have major corporate sponsorship. I attend the "Lowe's YMCA", it's incredibly state of the art and has a very large and attentive staff.

I'm stil stayin steady on my Back Legs and Tri routine
I really gotta quit being ghey and just do more bicep and chest shit I saw this BEAUTIFUL small tattoo blonde girl using this one part of a machine where you grab a rope and pull it down... like as if you were starting a weedwhacker with both arms... and its above you. That machine looked badass. And i fell in love with said small blond tattood girl... damn |

But when? Most chest routines include exercises that also use the triceps to perform. Again, you don't want to work the same muscle 2 days in a row unless it's just a stabilizer. So if any kind of bench press is included in ones chest routine then the triceps will be used as more than just a stabilizer.
