I havn't tried P90X, but I've heard nothing but good things, heres my totals for march:
March's totals: Bike: 17h 33m 54s - 258.88 Mi Run: 7h 22m 42s - 44.79 Mi Swim: 4h 12m - 12050 Yd Strength: 4h 40m Elliptical Training: 21m Need to get in the pool more this month |

I do mostly cardio and core stuff; planks, leg lifts, crunches. I need to work in some more lunges and squats into my routine to build strength on the bike.

I'm making progress continually too, the diet part sucks, I've been doing high-carb, high-protein, low fat.
I did a 4-mile race last month on st patricks day @ 7:47/mile pace. I did a 6.2-mile race yesterday @ 7:23/mile pace, so I'm seeing some pretty steady improvement. Feels good man. |

I did 40/40/20(fat) for a month or so and that worked very well. I hate following diets though, so I'm just doing portion control and healthy choices.

nice, your making some solid gains!
I had a disappointing month other than my PR 10K I ran at 7:22 pace (which led to a knee injury) so I've missed the last week and a half of running. |

i have been only rock climbing lately... but i haven't been doing that because of EXAMS and stupid shitty exam stress. i haven't been for almost a month
going for walks with my dog though. i will probably go climbing a couple times before i leave for the summer. and i rode my bike a bit.
