Fucking pumped for UFC 110 tonight. The card is awesome and promises good stuff.

I got some money down and doing a local sweep with buddies.
I'm taking Cain, Bisping, Stevenson and Bader. (my Rothwell bet got voided) returns £90 on a tenner bet, would have been £210!. Fuckers.

Nog is one tough bastard, but I see Cain winning and being a top HW in the near future. he has Lesnar-esq potential. Good wrestling, Good chin and I think a purple belt in BJJ.

Love Wand but can't see him getting passed Bisping. I think the cut to 185 will hurt him and Bisping will KO him in the second. He hasn't shown much in the Octagon and his style is predictable. Plus Bisping is training with Rampage at wolfslair

Joe Stevenson will out wrestle George and pound or choke him out. Joe Style. He has only lost to the upper level UFC guys.

I see Bader out wrestling Jardine and either getting a TKO on the floor or Decision. Jardine gets cut if he loses? surely not?

Gutted Rothwell is out, was thinking he's get the better of Cro Cop. Never seen this Perosh bloke before can anyone comment?

Also looking forward to see Bonnar vs Soszynski, if I can dl it

Cro Cop must be rubbing his hands together now. he needs a win, I think Rothwell would have been a tougher fight. I predict a KO.

I don't think he has full confidence in his knee surgery...

his fights since the surgery are greatly lacking his signature head kicks.

big daddy Stevenson has no cardio, so it had better be quick.

bisbing needs to get serious about removing the chip from his shoulder, and getting some better bJJ sparring partners.

Please dont turn my thread into a place for UFC bashing.

it has progressed as a sport but some still see it in the barbaric way it was when it originally started. it's not 'anything goes' now its sanctioned and licensed across USA and Europe to name but a few. No longer a blood sport, it's a competitive sport . Gone are the days of mis matched weights and fat guys flailing at each other, low blows, illegal elbows and kicks to the head of a downed oppenent. Good boxing/Kick boxing/muay tai is required. as well as Jiu Jitsu and wrestling. real skills and disciplines. These guys are real athletes.

Anways on to the show.

As predicted Cain shows he's going to be a force in the HW div. Accurate heavy hands and a solid wrestling base will see him right. Will fight the winner of Mir/Carwin probably. Great addition to the top 5 UFC HW ladder.

Happy for Wand. Made weight easy this time and looked great. Cardio aplenty. The surgery has helped him breathe easier. Finished every round strong and knocked Bisping senseless at the end of the third. Good fight.

George Striopolous impressed me. Great BBJ that left Joe's wrestling some what ineffective. Great performace. FOTN.

I thought Bader would just wrestle Jardine to the floor and end it via gnp or a decision. Kudos for the awesome KO. Poor Keith.

Cro Cop looked ok but it's hard to judge him against someone like Perosh. Great heart by Perosh though, wanting to fight on.

Good show I thought. The next few months promise stacked up cards, and I can't wait.
