a lot of times they don't clean the lines on draft beer. The stale beer in the tubes can easily grow mold, and while this particular mold seems to be nontoxic, I have seen some SERIOUSLY NASTY shit washed out of those draft beer lines. I stick with bottles except at places where I know the people who run it love beer.

Not really, just means they clean their shit up thoroughly at the end.

Wouldn't stop mice poop, improper labeling,leaving spoiled food over prepared food, no handwashing facilities, etc.
