I wish I could be watching the game. My entire weekend gets ruined and then the game gets blacked out. So pissed.
Edit: Remembered ADTHE.net after a while. Damn my Bills are looking good! I know it's only the preseason, but we're working together really well. The D towards the end of the last quarter was great. We still gotta work on our O Line a bit, but Trent Edwards was looking like a real NFL Quarterback tonight. Even Brian Brohm was making some solid plays. CJ Spiller seems to be a great addition to our repertoire. I was a little worried at first that he wasn't a good choice for a first round pick, but I think those fears were unfounded.

Girlfriend surprised me with a pair of tickets to the home opener against Miami.... I'm so fucking excited. Never been to a home opener, or a vs Dolphins game, or been 21 at the stadium. So excited for all three of these.

the bears are looking pretty good EVEN THO they should have lost that game against green bay, green bay lost the game with penalties.
and don't tell me some bullshit about how the bears just straight manhandled the packers because if you watch that rivalry then you know damn well it pretty much always come down to the last few minutes of the game when those two teams play each other. just like it did this time. green bay has a LOT of talent on both sides of the ball but they just lacked any kind of discipline during that monday night game. i won't go so far as to say the bears got lucky because luck has nothing to do with it, but the packers lost that game for themselves. julius peppers drawing the constant false starts, gettin in the O line's head especially number 65 (yeah I remember you, you fat fuck), that's the kind of fear he puts in people. all the unnecessary roughness calls and late hits, plus giving up huge gains on stupid pass interference calls. you cannot win a game with that amount of penalties. packers got a shit ton of penalties last year too. they're in a tough division, no way they will win it if they keep that shit up.

True, Although Green Bay would have dismantled Chicago if they could have mustered any kind of ground game, the loss of Grant has crippled that team... Chicago looks hot now, but will cool...Cutler is working with a group that is only on their 2-3 years of development, and he is only on year 1 in the martz system...They will stumble once the weather hits and wind becomes a variable...They will still probably come close if not win the division, they play tough but the talent seems to be a step behind Green Bay and a Half-Step behind Minn(week 4 Minn)... Minnesota looks to have caught the injury bug bad...Farve is playing less like he did in Green Bay in the mid nineties and more like he did in New York...I'm sure everyone involved with Minn hopes that this early faltering leads to some late season luck but with how fast Farve has degraded this year I don't see that being the case, grandpa may have actually worn himself too thin... NFC North will probably shake out like this Green Bay (11-5) (4-2) 3 Seed NFC Minnesota (9-7) (3-3) 6 Seed NFC Chicago (9-7) (3-3) Detroit (4-12) (2-4) With that particular seeding it would lead to an interesting wild card matchup at lambeau....

The only thing that will stop the Packers from winning the division is their mental midget of a coach, Mike McCarthy. Someone should sew the reg flag to his fucking pants since he doesn't have a clue when to use it. And how about watching the game clock tick away trying to stop the Bears from scoring when the only chance they had of winning was getting the ball back. Let them score, they're not going to miss an extra point length field goal. Lovie Smith is as much of an idiot for running the ball and risking fumbling when taking a knee, letting the clock wind and kicking a field goal was the smart thing to do. The north division has the market cornered for idiot coaches when you throw in Childress. The smartest coach is in Detroit but he doesn't have the talent just yet.
