New Bike

Picked this bike up just recently. Very fun 'Adventure bike'. Just the other day i was cruising around the mountains and spotted a trail that went into the woods. wish i took more pictures but it had camp sites and a creek. Was an enjoyable day. more pictures to come.

I'm going to buy this.. well the 2012 model.. next month! It's a measly 150cc but I can't afford/don't need any more on this small island. It's plenty of juice to get me around the tracks and hills. Will be having off-road tyres on it also. Can't wait to cruise around the mountain tracks! Always had road bikes before now so it will be a nice change..

nice, if you dont mind, how much do those go for? also, my brother rides, and we was talking about me getting a bike. he said 150cc is too small and ill look like a giant on one. you seem to look fine, how tall are you? 150 can hit highway speeds can it, should it?

It was 70,000 Baht.

150cc is perfect for where I am.. it opens up to 110km/h tops.. and really.. with the crazy driving here.. you never really need to go faster than that!

I don't know what highway speed is in the US.. but I imagine you can't go as fast as your European counterparts! I used to get 140km/h tops on my Honda CBR 150

Haha.. here it is.. this is from about four yeas back..

It depends on what you will use it for I guess..

Oh yeah btw Masac.. I'm 6' or 182cm. I think it is the perfect size for me. I sat on the 250cc models and they just felt too big.. but that's how they are suppose to be I guess. I think for a person any bigger than.. they would look too big for the bike. Having said that though.. that's pretty common here.. sometimes you see three people riding on the smaller KSR 125! haha

^Ya I guess so. I rented out a CBR 500 a while back and I could just about handle it. Could seriously see myself been killed on it though if I had one for a period of time.. heh

Do you ride Anon?

^here it's the registration that kills...if the bike is considered a 'sport' model...plates could cost up to 1400$ a year...'touring' models cost upwards of 500...the more cc's the more u pay!!
