Lipo 6 Black

Madukes got me a bottle been taking it for about 3 weeks

Not really seeing any change in appetite or energy or anything.

What's the point of these things?

from a super quick google search it just looks like a caffeine pill.


stimulants can suppress appetite and provide energy.


start doing meth instead if you want a more noticeable effect.

Dude, I'm so glad you made this thread. I didn't want to say anything in the other one, but I think your sex drive is so bad because you're so fucking overweight. Your hormones are messed up, you may have obesity induced ED, much of your penile length is swallowed up by your pubic fat pad, and you probably feel very unattractive; of course you aren't going to feel up for sex!

Here is what I would do: Take each Lipo 6 black serving with 1/2 tab of Bronkaid (unless you have a bad heart), walk for 30-60 minutes EVERY single day, and eat 2000 or less calories a day.

That is it for right now. If you can just do those three things the weight will seem to MELT off your carcass.

I know what it is like to be over 300 pounds. You feel unattractive, tired, sluggish, and terrible. If you can manage to take this weight off your ENTIRE life will change--for the better.

My sex drive is fine, I function perfectly down south. My sexual orientation isn't influenced by my weight. I see where you're coming from, but they're mostly separate, and the lack of sexual attraction was around long before the weight piled on.

I don't walk much (knee pain) but I have recently found a gym with a pool and I swim for about 45 minutes 3 times a week. Once I get down I'll add walking/lifting back into the equation.

Isn't EC Stacking hella fucking dangerous?

ITT I feel like giving weight loss advice but will refrain since I am not fit for that.

Props, hp, didn't know you were such a fat guy. Do you think you lost quite a bit of muscle during your fat loss, though?

What it comes down to is that you don't know.

You don't know what psychological effect being so overweight has had on you.

You don't know how your sex drive would be at this point in your life if you were at a healthy weight.

Losing weight is the best thing I ever did for myself, and I want to share that gift with you.

The EC stack is very safe for those with a healthy heart who don't abuse it. I took it with no ill effect @ over 300 pounds.

Are you tracking your macros? You can never out-exercise bad eating habits.

Sure I lost some muscle, but I gained a new life and about 3 inches of penile length.

HP I can't help but think that you could have achieved similar transformation just with the walking an hr each day and eating 2000 or less calories per day, as you said.

With that in mind, Bearsy maybe the point of those things is the placebo effect? Convince yourself some supplement will answer all your prayers (plus eating right and moderate exercise) and bam! You too can be like HP.

On one hand I'm not terribly obese, but on the other hand I'm not happy with my body yet. Not a huge fan of cardio (except walking) but I'm learning to eat better, both in taste and in quality. I put a good amount of time to working the large muscle groups in addition to stretching and the walks. Physically, because I'm somewhat fit, the changes are slow. But already i feel so much better. Balance, power, confidence is all up.
