I got a car and am putting as much money as I can into it before I have to start paying for insurance. I love my car. It's the only thing other than weed that really keeps me grounded. I could spend all day working on my car if I had the tools and the parts I wanted.

And yes. realistic is the best possible thing that one could be when thinking about cars. lots of people say they love cars and then they have some automatic four door because they are too chicken shit to buy what they really want and to work on it to make it better. fuck what people think about my car. I love it and I don't have unrealistic expectations. fuck a corvette. where's the fun in buying a car that starts off destroying everything. the best part of building up a car is feeling it get faster and better over time. and funner.

i've been beat by not many cars, especially four-bangers, but an accord kicked my ass. it was fucking embarrassing. he knew his engine though. i had to give him props. most people think toying with me will be easy. it never is, except with this fuck. with a straight-thru exhaust and advanced timing with a poslished ported head, he didn't need anything else.
