i like this thread as it is so true, and what your friend sent you is ace. its so easy to feel down, i´m like you and sometimes need to remind myself to be happy. so true about complaing, i suppose it´s how you view your stash tin - half full or half (h)empty! it seems like the 9 mantras could be ten with the addition of this thread. pax cum bobis, bil est omnia, et omnia est amor et benidictus!
