The aims and principles of the National Association of Hashish and Marijuana Smokers
Are an overwhelming belief in the medicinal and spiritual properties of the Indian hemp plant,
We call for an immediate end to discrimination and persecution of hemp growers and smokers
We hereby declare section 5 & 6 of the 1971 misuse of drugs act to be illegal and contrary
To the people´s will, and are undemocratic in principle and practice, growing a plant and
Possession of said plant are not malign nor immoral acts and should not be punishable by law
We urge all our members not to accept cautions or fines for alleged hemp offences
We suggest a visit to crown court to plead the truth to a jury that growing pot is beneficial
And is a human activity thousands of years old so can not be deemed illegal by a phoney law
A false law 40 years old based on a 1921 UN edict to which the English representative abstained
Since this erroneous law was passed, war was won against the evils of Nazism, Communism fell,
Dictators deposed, the Berlin wall crumbled and a new millennium began, the world´s changed
Yet we are dictated to by an evil edict from another millennium, its creators now all long dead
We hereby bin this antiquated tyrannical law and declare its enforcement as a criminal act
We urge all our members, smokers and hemp curious people to germinate a few cannabis seeds
We declare the germination of a seed to be enshrined as a right to all men under nature´s law
We of the National Association of Hashish and Marijuana Smokers demand free pot trade,
For Dutch style hemp smoking establishments to be allowed to operate and cannabis freedom
We demand all non-violent cannabis convicted prisoners are released and all records expunged
We urge the Home Office to begin issuing licences to grow Cannabis plants at a token charge
Of £10 per plant, we suggest this revenue go towards maintaining our valued National Health Service
We urge all our members and stoned non-members to be liberal and generous with their pot
So the peaceful cannabisization of our society is achieved and a critical point is reached that
There are so many smoking, medicating and growing pot that there are too many to convict
Especially if all partakers of herbal relaxation are willing to go to court to defend their rights
We urge all smokers to smoke out a bad law! May your pipe n spliff be full with potent quality pot!
