In that year of confusion, was passed an act, that would lead to intrusion, of the lives of U.S. citizens, and violation of civil rights, of the American people, and their birthright to the pursuit of happiness, all in the name of reefer madness; from sea to shining sea, by an act of congress, hoodwinked by nature hating corporations, represented by a hemp bigoted short-sighted malcontent called Anslinger, a stooge for big business, a mudslinger for petrochemical industry and tobacco. Mudslinger was aided by the yellow press, whose lies, libel and slander against a plant of Mother Nature, were the invention of the cronies of William Hearst, he was the worst, for demonizing a planter of wonder, that many people hold high in esteem, a medicinal herb that is supreme, a plant of awe, and love, that makes one ponder. The secretary of state Mellon, was nothing but an insidious felon, a Benedict Arnold for supporting an act, that was sullen, and harmful to the American nation, an unjust, and unconstitutional, weed killing taxation. This act placed a tax on cannabis, levied at a $1 an ounce, this went against the wishes and advice, of the American Medical Association; Dr. William Woodward had to denounce, the lies of addiction, violence and degradation, of an act prepared in secret, giving no time to medical opposition, how un-American of the Hemp hating faction, didn´t they know the first American flags were made of hemp? And the first drafts of the American Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights, were written on hemp paper? Oh and also the Guttenberg Bible! This unconstitutional act was repelled in ´68, when Leary won his litigation, though all the people imprisoned by this edict were not compensated, the law was simply changed to allow the continuation, of a corrupt and illogical prohibition, of a plant that is a piece of heaven, taxed and prohibited in 37; although this wasn´t the beginning, as marihuana was, already outlawed by some southern states, because it was smoked by people of another race; Jim Crow laws were prejudicial, a shame and a disgrace, now is the time for this miscarriage of justice, to be reversed; JUST SAY NOW, like many American states have, 16 in total with more to follow, coz this un-hempathetic law is hollow, so JUST SAY NOW to medical marijuana, it is the best healer, soother and calmer, it will never harm you, with zero deaths, and low toxicity, for the apothecary it is a valuable panacea, a natural remedy for the U.S.A., that effectively takes pain away, yes NOW is the time TO JUST SAY NOW, to marijuana medication. Its painkilling properties the federal government should allow; take the vow, to petition for mowie-wowie medicine, without the threat of prison, coz cannabis is the healing of the nation, a melodious weed that imparts inspiration, time to end patient persecution, for the benefit of American citizens, lives, liberty, rights, happiness and the American way.
